No. Once you have confirmed your order online, we do not accept cancellations or refunds.

Yes, it is possible. However, there may be no tickets available for the stand you prefer. In addition, you will have to wait in a queue at the ticket office. We strongly recommend you to  buy your tickets in advance.

No, only three-day tickets are available.
